March 28, 2020. Rajshahi University started its branch of “Lokojo Sanskritik Sangathan.” Rajshahi is one of the most important places of folk culture. On this day some enthusiastic youngsters of Rajshahi University made unanimous decision to expose the positive aspects of folk culture from the ground up.The youngsters of this institution then took an oath for protecting the folk elements from spreading to other ends, including alcup &Gambhira, the traditional popular folk performance of Rajshahi District.
